Our Founder- Ryan Errico

I started Another Level Basketball for a variety of reasons, but none more important than my passion for the game of basketball, my personal goal to give back to the community, and my desire to do my part in helping shape our youth. As a 13 year Varsity Head Basketball Coach, I have seen it all and strongly feel there is a need to impact the current state of youth sports. As I have traveled around watching various games and practices at all youth levels, I have come to the conclusion that the players are being taught individual skills, but the concepts of understanding HOW to play the game, HOW to be a good teammate, HOW to be coachable and HOW to be held accountable is absent at many levels. Our goal at Another Level is to change that!

I just concluded my first season as the Varsity Head Boys Basketball Coach at Greens Farms Academy. Formerly, I was the Head Coach Hopkins School in New Haven for the past 6 years. Prior to that I served as Head Coach at Weston High School and was also an assistant at Weston for 1 year and at Cranston West (RI) for several years.

My passion for the game of basketball, ability to communicate and relate to players/families and my extensive head coaching experience within the NEPSAC and the CIAC position me to make a positive impact on the athletes within my program.
